Meeting Dates
The dates for the meetings coming up are November 3 and December 1. The October meeting was not the nomination of next years officers as the appointed Chairman of the Committee didn’t know he had been appointed Chairman, so the nominations will be at the November meeting and the election will be at a special meeting in December. The November meeting will be the trophy presentation. I encourage all members to come out to the meetings. If you have any friends that would like to join, please bring them so they can see what goes on. I hope to see each one of you there!
New By-laws
The proposed new by-laws were revised again at a special Executive Meeting held on October 5 and they were read at the meeting on October 5. There was a discussion on the by-laws and a motion to have an attorney review them before voting on them. The way there were read at the meeting, they were four pages long, when the attorney finished making they “lawyer” correct, they are now 25 pages long! There was nothing major changed, just getting the proper wording so they can stand up legally and allowing the papers to be submitted for incorporation and tax exempt status! They will be mailed or emailed to you in time for the special December meeting.

Meeting
